What is Gainz Gym?
Section titled “What is Gainz Gym?”Gainz Gym is an idle/clicker game built on the Solana blockchain where players build and manage a fitness empire. Open gyms, recruit athletes, equip trainers and supplements, and earn $GAINZ tokens through a passive epoch-based emission system. Compete against other players in seasonal leaderboards for real SOL prizes.
💪 Core Concept
Section titled “💪 Core Concept”The game follows an impatience economy model — you can always progress, but spending Roid Rage (RR) lets you skip timers and accelerate growth. Every player earns $GAINZ every epoch (15 minutes) based on the total power of their benched athletes. The more powerful your roster, the more you earn.

- 💳 Paid (0.5 SOL) — full access from day one, unlocks everything as you progress
- 🆓 Free-to-Play — play free up to Level 6, enter the Arena, and withdraw up to what you’ve put in. Convert anytime for 0.75 SOL to withdraw freely and unlock L7–L8, the Daily Locker, and referrals — all progress preserved.
- 🎓 Complete the Bench Bro tutorial — he gives you a free Common athlete and 200 $GAINZ to rip your first pack
