What is Gainz Gym?

Open gyms, recruit athletes, equip trainers and supplements, and earn $GAINZ tokens through a passive epoch-based emission system. Compete against other players in seasonal leaderboards for real SOL prizes.

Section titled “💪 Core Concept”The game follows an impatience economy model — you can always progress, but spending Roid Rage (RR) lets you skip timers and accelerate growth. Every player earns $GAINZ every epoch (15 minutes) based on the total power of their benched athletes. The more powerful your roster, the more you earn.
