What is Gainz Gym?
Section titled “What is Gainz Gym?”Gainz Gym is an idle/clicker game built on the Solana blockchain where players build and manage a fitness empire. Open gyms, recruit athletes, equip trainers and supplements, and earn $GAINZ tokens through a passive epoch-based emission system. Compete against other players in seasonal leaderboards for real SOL prizes.
💪 Core Concept
Section titled “💪 Core Concept”The game follows an impatience economy model — you can always progress, but spending Roid Rage (RR) lets you skip timers and accelerate growth. Every player earns $GAINZ every epoch (15 minutes) based on the total power of their benched athletes. The more powerful your roster, the more you earn.

- 🔥 Loyalty Streak — +0.5% power/day (cap +30% at 60 days) for consistent claiming, with a stacking withdrawal penalty that taxes extraction

- 🆓 Free-to-Play — play free all the way to Level 8, with the Daily Locker included; your lifetime withdrawals are capped at what you’ve put in, and Arena entry is members-only. Convert anytime for $25 to lift that cap onto the standard capacity ceiling and unlock the Arena and referrals — all progress preserved.
